You're not broken.
You just need
a better map.
WayPower coaching helps neurodivergent adults stop fighting their brains — and start navigating life on their own terms.
Kaye Heyes
ADHD Life Coach
An ADHD brain coaching ADHD brains.
I'm Kaye — ADHD life coach, neurodivergent advocate, and someone who has lived everything my clients bring to our sessions. For years I tried to fit myself into systems that were never designed for the way my brain works. WayPower was born from that journey.
The name says it all: you already have the way, the will, and the power within you. My role is to help you find it — and trust it.
I work with adults who are newly diagnosed, long-diagnosed-but-lost, or simply exhausted from masking. Whether you're navigating work, relationships, or just daily life — you deserve support that actually fits your brain.
See how we can work togetherYou might be ready for WayPower if...
You're exhausted from trying to "fix" yourself
Every planner, every productivity system, every routine — you've tried them all. They work for two weeks, then they don't. And somehow you always end up blaming yourself.
You can't figure out why life feels so much harder
You're intelligent, capable — people tell you that all the time. So why does doing basic things feel like climbing a mountain? You're not imagining it. And it's not laziness.
You're ready to stop coping and start thriving
Coping got you here. But you're not looking for more workarounds — you want an actual life that fits how your brain works. That's exactly what we build together.
Your relationships are quietly suffering
Forgotten plans, missed messages, half-finished conversations. ADHD ripples into everything. We'll look at the full picture — not just the to-do list.
You've been recently diagnosed and feel lost
Diagnosis can bring relief, grief, or both at once. Making sense of what comes next is exactly what coaching is for. You don't have to navigate this alone.
You're done masking. You want to belong as you are.
The energy it takes to perform neurotypical is immense. WayPower is built on radical acceptance — and the belief that your authentic self is already more than enough.

Words from the WayPower community
Working with Kaye was the first time I felt truly understood — not just heard, but genuinely understood. She gets it, because she's lived it. I left every session feeling like I could actually breathe again.

Diagnosed at 34 · WayPower Journey
I've tried three coaches before Kaye. None of them understood the ADHD piece. Kaye built a whole framework around my specific brain — not a generic system I'd inevitably fail at. Six months on, I'm still going.

I came to Kaye three weeks after my diagnosis, completely overwhelmed. She helped me make sense of 37 years of struggling — and gave me genuine hope that things could be different. They are.
